How long will it take to ship my order?
Items are usually shipped from our supplier’s warehouse within 3-5 business days after your payment has been received. Special order items ship within 10-14 days. We will send you a tracking number after your order has been shipped. For more information please refer to our "Shipping" page.

What is a Special Order Item?
A Special Order Item is a custom product such as, vanity cabinets, glass vessel sinks, stone vessel sinks, showers and sink vanities that are marked on the site as “Special Order Item”. For the items marked with special order, please refer to our Special Order Policy.
Can I place orders by phone?
Yes, you are welcome to call us at 1-877-672-1945 to place your order if you prefer to do it by phone.
Will my order look exactly like the pictures?
Esinks.net makes every effort to provide high quality images, and measurements to assist you in selecting your vanities. Monitor colors vary with computers setting. They may not be 100% accurate in relationship to the actual products. Also keep in mind that all these products are individually handcrafted, therefore, may vary in color. Sometimes measurements are rounded up, and occasionally they will vary slightly from the description. If precise dimensions or colors are critical to your order we encourage you to contact us by phone or e-mail so that we may further assist you.
Will the furniture require assembly?
All products are shipped fully or partially assembled with all necessary fasteners, and can be assembled with easy to follow instructions. For products containing plumbing, we suggest that you contact a certified plumber to perform the final installation.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
After you place your order, if for some reason you do not want it please e-mail sales@esinks.net immediately with a request for cancellation. Please include your order number, the item description, your address and phone number in the e-mail. We will try our best to stop the shipment of your order. However, if the carrier has already picked it up by the time we receive your cancellation and there is no way for us to stop it from shipping, your request will be treated as a return and our Return Policy will be applied.

Receiving and Inspecting Item(s)
It is your responsibility to inspect the condition and quantities of the delivery prior to signing the delivery receipt. By signing without noting any of the damages or shortages on the delivery receipt, you agree on receiving the delivery in its conditions and quantities. Therefore, if any visible damages or shortages are found, you must make a note of that on the proof of delivery receipt.
