Manufacturer's Defect Warranty

Our items come with a one-year manufacturer's defects warranty. Items that are proven to be defective will be repaired, replaced, or refunded if the model is no longer available. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear including but not limited to scratched finishes. Esinks.net has the sole discretion to decide what constitutes a manufacturer's defect and what constitutes normal wear and tear. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover any labor cost that may be applied. Replacement cost excludes transportation and any labor costs for the removal or reinstallation. This warranty will be waived if one or more of the following are met:

• Improper installation.
• Damages resulting from abuse, misuse or negligence.
• Improper application (such as exposure to chemical products, etc.) on the products.
• Any modifications made to the products.
